Review of as compared to AdSense reviewGot the AdSense blues? Let me guess, You were diligently working on your website, making sure you did not violate any of the AdSense terms and conditions, when all of a sudden, one day – POW! You get the dear John letter from Google. You open up your email and, “Your AdSense account has been disabled,” jumps right out at you. In shock, you keep reading knowing the chances of ever getting that AdSense account back is slim and none.

AdSense is amazing! (Provided you never have any issues that warrant you trying to get hold of their customer support) You have a better chance of winning the lottery than talking to a live person from AdSense via email. Getting them to answer the phone would be the 8th wonder of the world! When you get the dreaded email, your goose is cooked. What’s even more frustrating is that they never even tell you what you did to cause the termination of your Adsense account. Sure they give you a laundry list of possible generic reasons, but that’s like someone telling you there is a small issue on your tax return without any further follow up. Where the hell do you start? Review

Well if you are one of these people, who has had their AdSense disabled, there is life after AdSense. What if I told you I received one of those emails and now, after switching to a competitor, I am making more money than I ever did before. That competitor is the Yahoo! / Bing Network powered by Their contextual ads are very similar to those of AdSense, giving you much more control of the look and feel of your ads. What’s even better is that constantly tests your ads to make sure you have the optimum ones running on your sites. They offer a full array of ad sizes such as 336×280, 300×250, 728×90, 600×250, and 160×600. But as I said, even after you choose your add size and choose it’s color scheme, will continue to test different variations to make sure the one you are running is the right one.

The best feature of the Yahoo! / Bing Network powered by is their customer support. As a publisher you get a Business Development Specialist assigned to you. Have a question? Ask them. Have a problem? They will help you find a solution. Need some advice? That’s what they are there for. Imagine THEM contacting you to tell you a certain size ad might be better than the one you are running. Below is an actual email I received from my Specialist:

Hi xxxxxx,

Hope this finds you well! After doing a little analysis, I’ve noticed that the 336×280 ad spot above the fold performs the best with our solution. I would recommend implementing this ad spot across all your sites.

Please let me know if you have any questions about this.

Imagine getting this type of support from Adsense! That would never happen. Here is another one:

 Hi xxxxx,

Hope you’re having a great day! I was analyzing your account, and I noticed that you had implemented a 336×280 on your right sidebar as well as at the bottom of the page. Your sidebar is not wide enough to accommodate a 336×280, and our creative and keywords are both getting cut, affecting the performance. I have attached a 250×250 ad tag for the right sidebar, so could you please implement this tag?

Also, I have attached a 336×280 ad tag. Could you please implement this for the BTF spot? This will allow us to display separate designs and optimize your ads separately as well.

Is this incredible or what? Real honest to goodness customer service help!

So after being booted by AdSense ( I did appeal, but they have not answered my appeal), I had no choice, but to try I was hoping to at least make a portion of the revenue I was making before. Unlike AdSense, they report your earnings the next morning, not continuously throughout the day. Boy, was I surprised when I woke up the next morning and checked the site! My earnings for the day were similar to those I made with AdSense. Beginners luck I said.  The next day, BAM!  I actually made a bit more money than I did on an average AdSense day! And folks, my earnings have been very consistent since then.  The difference is the great customer service I receive, the awesome platform they use, and the feeling I have someone in my corner (at last!).  This all  makes for a great publisher experience!

So in short, if you were using AdSense before, but were terminated for no known reason. Or if you are just tired of the lack of customer service AdSense provides, I highly recommend applying with The biggest difference you will find, which I support and safeguards both advertisers and publishers, is that they have to individually approve every site you want to place their code on. This assures they are partnering up with quality sites and helps you know if you might be headed in a wrong direction with a certain site. What we are left with is quality relationships between great websites, great advertisers, and well meaning publishers.

So give them a try! You won’t regret using I hope the review of has helped answer some of your questions and made you feel better about life after AdSense.
